The two pictures are of the Eagle One on Bob's dock on Chokoloskee Bay in the Ten Thousand Islands. Chokoloskee Island is south of Everglades City, Florida on route 29. This is a RV lot on the water.
The close up shows how it is now mounted with three radials running back to the RV lot and along the front of the dock.
Also seen is the rod holder that I first used. The holder mounting screws pulled out and the vertical pulled out in wind gusts at over 25mph. The antenna just missed the dock box and landed between two palm trees with no damage. How lucky can you get?
The vertical works great but the local electrical noise makes receiving the weaker signals difficult.
